Free JEE and NEET coaching for Delhi Government Schools

If there is one dream that most students from Class X and Class XI have in common, it is the dream to get into a premier college for their graduation degree. With engineering & medical being the most popular graduation streams in India, it is no surprise that JEE and NEET are some of the most competitive entrance exams in the world. Out of thousands of students from Delhi Government Schools who gave the JEE Exams in 2018, only 245 students qualified for JEE Mains and had a chance to enter the hallowed grounds of the IITs.

Vision

Career Launcher partnered with the Delhi Government in order to help the students at Delhi Government Schools better prepare for the entrance exams. With the experience that Career Launcher has in the field of entrance exam preparation, its help can be invaluable for candidates who are vying for a seat in the IITs. Another (less measurable) objective of the program was to develop a more scientific outlook amongst students. This will help the students in their lives & careers going forward irrespective of whether they manage to beat out the competition in JEE.

Implementation

Career Launcher offered the students an array of services to help them in their preparation for JEE and NEET:

• Students got an intensive crash course lasting 130 hours in the major subjects namely Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. These classes were held after school hours between 7 pm and 10 pm. For the students’ convenience, the classes were available online through the aspiration platform which all the students were given access to.
• The students were also given access to an online test series which would help them refine their test taking strategy. In addition to this, it also helped the students identify the areas where they need to pay more attention.
• Another component added to the student toolkit by Career Launcher is the study material. Career Launcher has curated its study material over several years which was opened to the students at Delhi Government Schools as a part of the crash course program.

These were the services available for students absolutely free of cost through the crash course program held by Career Launcher in collaboration in the Delhi Government.
